Where to get an assessment South East that specialises in Adult Women

I would love to hear from any women that have been diagnosed later in life and where they went for an assessment.

Going through my GP will take up to 3 years, so I am looking at private clinics, but I want somewhere that is up to date with female diagnosis. Having watched YouTube videos there seem to be a lot of subtle things with women, that aren’t necessarily covered by DSM.

A lot of places seem to mainly focus on children and their diagnosis. I would really appreciate anyone that know any experts in adult diagnosis.
