I think that is enough to be getting on with. I wish you well in your campaign and am sure other parents like myself will be interested in your findings.
my adult son has challenging behaviours, seizures, and is overweight, the home that we had initiated him to go to told us of their ‘strict restraint’ policy (during the latter stages of transition) there was no lea way here and we pulled the plug on this placement because of our credible fears.
choose wisely the placement of your child/adult and enquire as to their policies regarding restraint/seclusion. Your child’s life could depend on it.

Does anyone know whats going on with the Child Restraint Laws?Ive googled it but can only find reports or articles from June or so last year Nothing new. Is there any news on what they are doing? Are they bringing in the new laws??
