my adult son has challenging behaviours, seizures, and is overweight, the home that we had initiated him to go to told us of their ‘strict restraint’ policy (during the latter stages of transition) there was no lea way here and we pulled the plug on this placement because of our credible fears.
choose wisely the placement of your child/adult and enquire as to their policies regarding restraint/seclusion. Your child’s life could depend on it.look forward to your results and thankyou for bringing this issue to the fore.

Does anyone know whats going on with the Child Restraint Laws?Ive googled it but can only find reports or articles from June or so last year Nothing new. Is there any news on what they are doing? Are they bringing in the new laws??
