Hello, my name is Maddi. I am currently studying a MSc in Psychology at BPP University in London.

I am looking for young adults between the ages of 18-35 who have Autism or Aspergers, that may be interested in having an informal talk/ interview about their experiences of the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19) and subsequent lockdown.
Presently, this is an under researched area. This study is therefore aiming to create a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities that COVID-19 brought about for young adults with Autism or Aspergers, and subsequently how we can go on to address these issues, and make tangible recommendations for future research, policy and practice. The study hopes to generate awareness of a seemingly neglected group within society, and the need for better support systems for young adults with Autism or Aspergers, during the current pandemic and beyond, to build a kinder, and more inclusive society.

If you are interested, or know others that might be interested in taking part, please feel free to email me at: m.york@my.bpp.com
(also feel free to share this post, would really appreciate it!)

      Thank you for your time!
