Hello,
My name is Caroline. I have recently relocated to London from Australia and
am looking for work with children experiencing autism. In Australia I work
as a probationary psychologist in the area of child psychology with a
specialty in autism.
I have worked for about five years with chidlren experiencing autism, as an
ABA therapist, in schools and in clinics at both a therapist and supervisory
level. I have worked with many different children, families, schools and
clinics. I come with excellent references, alot of experience and a real
passion and energy for the work. I am 25 years old.
I have also conducted specialist research into using video as a useful tool
for educating children with autism, and constructed such videos that were
very successful in increasing social initiations. The findings of my
research are currently under review for publication.
I have come to London to complete a Masters in child development, and am
looking for part-time work as an ABA therapist, in a school or a speciaist
clinic.
I am living in the western suburbs (Uxbridge/Hillingdon) and would prefer
work not too far from that area.
