Hello all,I'm Jemma, a behaviour support co-ordinator and I work with individuals with Autism, aspergers, learning disabilites, mental health issues and so on! I have a psychology degree, a post grad in autism studies and a current CRB check.I am looking for experience working with families who are experincing behavioural/communicational issues with their child in the home and need support. I am currently offering my time for free as I am researching the type of problems families are facing, particulary after diagnosis. I am able to work with any family in the hertfordshire area who would be receptive to working with a carer and professional whos main focus is on improving the lives of the individuals and families living with ASC's.I have experience of working with TEACCH, PECS and Makaton and I am up to date with current behavioural interventions and support methods. All work will be confidential.Any work would be greatfully recieved as it will build up my experience of working within a family setting. Many Thanks, Jemma.
