Firefly Education is seeking is seeking an enthusiastic and fun ABA tutor for a 9 year old boy with autism in Kuwait. The role will involve shadowing the boy during the school day and then providing additional therapy afterschool. The boy attends an American school in Kuwait and will be in 4th grade in September where he is in a mainstream classroom. He especially struggles with social pragmatics, therefore the parents wants someone with training and experience with autism and social pragmatics. The role will begin in July or as soon as a suitable candidate has been found. There will be several weeks of training in London, including shadowing of the current therapist/ tutor and training from the Boston team. The family and new teacher will return to Kuwait for the new school year in September. The right candidate will well compensated- £45,000+ tax free per year in addition to great benefits.
