ABA Tutor Finder are searching on behalf of a children’s centre in Bahrain now hiring for the position of Lead ABA Therapist. Duties include working 1:1 with children or adolescence with autism. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in education or psychology with at least one year’s work experience preferred. Candidates with knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis preferred but intensive in house training will be provided. BCBA and BCaBA supervision opportunities will also be available for those en-route to certification and certification costs are covered for outstanding candidates.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement Program Targets set by a BCBA Data input and Graphing Organize and maintain the teaching environment, and instructional activities Adhering to and maintaining integrity of the CompanyOversee day-to-day management of learners’ programs, including making materials and completing relevant paperwork Participate in assessment and treatment meetings Review and provide feedback on progress reports Experience working with verbal behaviour procedures preferredDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Holds a bachelors or masters in psychology/ education/ or related field Experience in Verbal Behaviour preferred but in house training provided.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE: Competitive tax free Salary (£21,000 - £28,500pa based on experience) Housing Allowance Private Health Insurance 30 days paid holiday (+15 national holidays) All Visa requirements and licensing paid One return flight annually to home country BCaBA and BCBA coursework supervision includedTo apply for this position please send a covering letter and your C.V to chrishowe@abatutorfinder.com in the first instance.
