BCBA needed at Dubai ABA centre

ABA Tutor Finder are searching for a newly qualified BCBA to join a team at an established centre in Dubai providing home based Behavioural Intervention covering all aspects of development for children and adolescents with a diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders) and Developmental Delay.
The successful candidate will have experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This will largely be in the school setting but also at home and in the natural environment. The centre adopts a largely ABA-VB approach. As a key member of the centre’s team you will also be working closely with families to ensure consistency and learning opportunities are constant and consistent.

Qualifications/Requirements:
 BCBA certification
 Master’s degree or higher in related field
 Minimum 2-years’ experience working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provide supervision to our ABA therapy team in the Inclusion Centre, school classrooms, home, and community settings
 Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA
 Conduct functional assessments/analyses
 Conduct verbal treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals
 Consult and collaborate with schools, day-cares, medical professionals, and other disciplines
 Assist with administrative tasks and oversight of the ABA department (including treatment programmes, supervision, treatment authorizations, RBT requirements, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits Package:
 Competitive tax-free salary: 15,000+ UAE Dirham’s per-month (negotiable and dependant on experience). Approximately £37k per-annum tax free

 One return flight annually to home country
