BCBA needed at Dubai ABA centre
ABA Tutor Finder are searching for a newly qualified BCBA to join a team at an established centre in Dubai providing home based Behavioural Intervention covering all aspects of development for children and adolescents with a diagnosis of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorders) and Developmental Delay.
The successful candidate will have experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This will largely be in the school setting but also at home and in the natural environment. The centre adopts a largely ABA-VB approach. As a key member of the centre’s team you will also be working closely with families to ensure consistency and learning opportunities are constant and consistent.

Qualifications/Requirements:
BCBA certification
Master’s degree or higher in related field
Minimum 2-years’ experience working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide supervision to our ABA therapy team in the Inclusion Centre, school classrooms, home, and community settings
Provide parent, teacher, and staff training on the principles of ABA
Conduct functional assessments/analyses
Conduct verbal treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals
Consult and collaborate with schools, day-cares, medical professionals, and other disciplines
Assist with administrative tasks and oversight of the ABA department (including treatment programmes, supervision, treatment authorizations, RBT requirements, etc.)
Compensation and Benefits Package:
Competitive tax-free salary: 15,000+ UAE Dirham’s per-month (negotiable and dependant on experience). Approximately £37k per-annum tax free
