Would you like to work with a lovely natured girl with special needs? We are looking for someone who has an interest in special needs to tutor our daughter with severe learning difficulties, epilepsy and autism. The home-based programme is very structured and follows the Applied Behaviour Analysis / Verbal Behaviour model. Full and on-going training will be offered to the right candidates.Duties will also include help with feeding, toileting and dressing.Skills needed: You must have a patient, caring and easy going nature and be energetic, fun-loving, dependable, self-disciplined and punctual. Experience of working with young people with special needs is preferable but not essential.Location of Job: Wortley, West Leeds. Rate of Pay: From £7.00 an hour depending on experience.Required Shifts and Hours: Ideally you would be available to work three to four sessions a week (currently 8am - 11.45am and 3pm - 6pm)This is a 12 month a year programme and the appointed tutor must be available to work on a year round basis.This is a self-employed position which is funded by Education Leeds
