Hi, I wish you well but after speaking to some other parents whom have gone through the mill with ABA I can only ask you to consider teaching from and SLD perpective- have alook at some anti ABA stuff (well hidden for now!!!) – just so you can really see the full picture before tyou get into it ie look at what autistic peope say about it, Michelle Dawson etc check ‘autism exposed’ and

They do endorse IEP’s – but they implement the same way eg repetition and compliance in many guises and ‘in’ words- means the same. It doesn’t help autistic or sld children, it helps, maybe, behaviourally disturbed chidlren, there does seem to be confusion about this.
