Iolar, the first step is to find someone to talk to about the things that trouble you.I know this is not always easy but there are people out there that do understand and will be glad to listen to you.

My son has Asperger’s Syndrome and often finds it hard to tell anyone when he is troubled by something but once he has been able to express himself he feels so much better.

Have you spoken to your doctor about this? If you let us know what area you are from we can get local information for you, you do not need to suffer like this.
