While my problem was and still sufer/gain from dyslexia Transcendental Meditation helped me cope with my condition as young adult many decadeses ago though always thought it would of been better if had learnt TM as an adolescent. Seems per this mother story per her words and video TM also helps Aspergers to. http://www.tm.org/blog/video/autism/ Also continued progress of this boy at start of “Autism Meditation and Stress” on YouTube though also includes other examples and experts.
